ODM Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead business operations and analytics across NVIDIA’s ODM ecosystem, enabling manufacturing scalability and operational rigor.
• Develop and maintain data-driven operational models and dashboards to track capacity, yield, and shipment performance across partners.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, WWFO, and Product teams to connect operational metrics with financial outcomes.
• Implement governance frameworks, standardized important metrics, and regular reviews to develop accountability and transparency across global sites.
• Collaborate with ODMs and internal teams to boost data accuracy, efficiency visibility, and process automation.
• What we need to see
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business, or Finance or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in hardware operations, manufacturing analytics, or financial planning — ideally within data center, semiconductor, or hyperscaler environments.
• Proven strength in data analysis, modeling, and visualization using tools including Tableau and Microsoft Office.
• Proficient knowledge of ODM/OEM business structures, production processes, and logistics operations.
