We're looking for a Technical Lead for our Audience Growth team. The team owns everything that helps our customers grow their audience: signup forms, landing pages and websites, subscriber imports, preference centers and social integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers
  • Own our landing page and website builders, signup forms, subscriber imports, preference centers and opt-in flows
  • Build and maintain integrations that bring subscribers in from other platforms
  • Own your team's areas end to end in production: quality, performance, monitoring and fixing things when they break
  • Set the bar through code review, pairing and mentoring, and help engineers grow into more ownership
