Team Telecom Armenia is seeking for Online chat Specialists in Vanadzor who will provide direct communication between the company and its current/future customers. The flexible and shift mode of the work (includes day and night shifts), as well as the opportunity of professional development make the role attractive for students.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and issue questions’ clarifications in written form
- Respond to Customer requests in a timely and accurate manner using a written platform or email
- Process requests by providing relevant information
- Serve multiple clients at the same time and register complaints/questions in parallel
- If necessary, draft a Request Submission and send it according to the priority.
