We’re looking for a growth-oriented Global Web Project Manager (Growth) to help us scale and optimize our B2B web ecosystem. Our setup includes more than 30 websites: One website per market Multiple product-specific websites Multi-language and multi-market coordination This is a high-impact role where web is a core growth channel, directly contributing to marketing database growth and lead generation (MAL and MQL) initiatives across countries.
Responsibilities
- Own performance and drive growth through websites
- Own and deliver web KPIs, especially form submissions (MALs and MQLs).
- Identify structural and UX opportunities.
- Plan and execute CRO initiatives.
- Plan and execute A/B tests.
- Translate data into action
- Analyze performance using tools such as GA4 and GSC.
- Partner with the Web Analyst to turn insights into an optimization roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional web projects end-to-end
- Manage website initiatives from ideation and prioritization to launch and post-launch backlog.
