Senior 3rd Line / Software Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own EKS cluster management and various automations as part of our global Cloud Hosting team Solve problems at every layer of the technology stack
• Develop high quality, stable code for use in automation and internal customer facing APIs Take part in the
• Support and On-call rota, providing support to customers on the services Cloud Engineering offers (must have, 1 week per 2-3 months, additional bonus applies) Write and publish High Level Designs and developer documentation Participate in bottom up planning around release schedules, workload and priorities
• Design for privacy, security, compliance, high availability, performance and resilience across all web services and infrastructure capabilities Perform analysis of requirements, investigate possible solutions, and implement the best option
• Collaborate closely with customers to ensure fast turnaround of feature requests and bug fixes Work with multiple teams across the globe to evolve as a center of excellence for Cloud Infrastructure and Online Game Developer Experience
