Senior Manager, UX Design

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical UX strategy. Establish a coherent direction across clinical decision support, treatment planning, intervention selection, execution, coordination, and longitudinal follow-through.
• Develop senior design talent. Coach experienced designers to lead through ambiguity, define strategy, make high-quality trade-offs, influence senior stakeholders, and increase their impact beyond their immediate product areas.
• Create strong cross-functional decisions.
• Partner with Clinical, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and
• Research leaders to connect clinical needs, model capabilities, user evidence, technical constraints, and business priorities.
