Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, visuals, and other promotional materials based on the established marketing plan
• Support the development of design materials and campaigns designed to strengthen the employer brand
• Maintain and develop the project’s visual brand identity in accordance with the organization’s brand guidelines
• Create branded items and printed files for merchandise such as uniforms, pens, notebooks, gifts, brochures, roll-ups, certificates, posters, presentations, and more
• Assist in the development and implementation of visual solutions for internal team projects
• Actively engage in content ideation, shooting processes, and overall creative development
• Develop and support visual design for events, including thematic elements, visual packages, and stage graphics
• Prepare and adapt designs for production, ensuring accurate color management, proper formatting, and high-quality output
• Strictly follow the provided brand guidelines and maintain consistent style across all platforms
• Participate in the creation of graphic components for marketing campaigns
