Responsibilities
- Implement Automation Strategy: You will identify opportunities to implement state-of-the-art technology that make the team faster and smarter. And then you will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to deploy them
- Achieve Data Excellence: You will establish and own the gold standard for our data. You will design robust processes for tracking, assessing, and validating data quality at scale
- Monitor & Optimize: You are the owner of the team’s output. You will track KPIs, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement efficiency projects that tangibly improve performance
- Servant Leader
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team of Data Curators, fostering a culture of proactivity and high performance
- Risk Guardian: Proactively identify data risks and operational incidents, ensuring they are escalated unambiguously and resolved quickly
