We're looking for a Programme Delivery Manager – Technology to join our team in West Flanders, Belgium in an office and client site working mode. In this role, you will oversee large-scale client engagements across the Benelux region, ensuring the successful delivery of complex programs that drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program delivery from initiation through completion in line with EPAM processes
- Manage client relationships and expectations at project, program and governance levels
- Address client issues, identify engagement risks and ensure mitigation plans are executed
- Develop and maintain delivery plans and coordinate proposals and statements of work
- Oversee multiple activity streams and align them with SDLC and IT service management processes
- Own all aspects of delivery, including financial, sourcing, implementation and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary global teams to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives
