Salesforce Business Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop scalable data architectures and integrate customer data across multiple systems and platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, sales, customer service) to deliver end-to-end data-driven solutions
• Define and implement data integration strategies, focusing on ingestion, transformation, and unification of data
• Establish best practices for data quality, security, and governance across the organization
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related Salesforce products
• Mentor and train internal teams on Salesforce functionalities, best practices, and new features
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations and share insights to drive organizational growth and data capabilities
