Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process for Product Managers, Product Designers, and Business Analysts — from the initial briefing to offer acceptance. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, act as a trusted partner, and help us attract exceptional talent.

• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process — from role briefing to offer acceptance — with a primary focus on Product Managers, Product Designers, and Business Analysts
• Building strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring strategy
• Developing and executing sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and alternative channels
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with a deep understanding of Non-IT roles (Product, Design, Analytics etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you know how to build trust with hiring managers and deliver results
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment
