We are seeking an Associate Business Operations Specialist . You will support contract coordination, forecasting and reporting while keeping operational governance running smoothly across Finance, Legal, HR and Delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate contract lifecycle activities including tracking approvals, legal alignment and execution support
- Prepare and update revenue forecasts, operational metrics and recurring business reports
- Support billing coordination and financial tracking to improve visibility on performance
- Maintain CRM and internal systems with accurate, compliant data and timely updates
- Run meeting governance: set agendas, capture action items, follow up on owners and deadlines
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with HR and IT teams
- Track operational risks, issues and dependencies and escalate when needed
- Support process improvements and ad-hoc operational projects across functions
