Marketing Events Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and plan our twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits, bringing physicians and Doximity leaders together for thoughtful discussions about clinical needs, product feedback, and the future of care.
• Lead planning, invitations, programming coordination, travel, vendors, and on-site execution.
• Manage Doximity’s presence at medical trade shows, including booth experiences, sponsorships, staffing, logistics, and lead capture.
• Plan corporate events, physician gatherings, and conference-adjacent experiences that build relationships and showcase Doximity’s products.
• Manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, and timelines; set goals for each event and measure attendance, engagement, and outcomes to improve future programs.
