We are hiring a Lead Business Analyst - Telecom with Salesforce to shape requirements and lead Scrum execution for an existing Fiber Application Stream. You will influence cross-functional teams that design, build, test, deploy, and maintain software while keeping delivery on track.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and collect stakeholder feedback to define, validate, and clarify requirements
- Keep the program scope succinct and aligned across all workstreams
- Develop and refresh documentation needed to manage the program and related projects
- Partner with engineering, QA, product managers, and other teams to guide features through build, test, and timely release
- Lead Scrum Master duties by managing schedules, identifying impediments, and communicating risks and issues to stakeholders
- Drive release schedules and milestones while maintaining pace in a high-speed environment
- Support delivery with hands-on software development and project management, ensuring strong cross-functional coordination and inter/intra team communication
