Client Partner - Telecommunications (DACH) (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Turn client priorities into quantified business outcomes such as reduced cost-to-serve, faster time to market, increased automation and enhanced customer experience
• Lead pursuits with solution architects and practice leaders, maintaining accountability for win rate, margin and deal quality
• Expand EPAM’s footprint across multiple brands and business units within the telecommunications group
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive account plan including stakeholder maps, whitespace analysis, pipeline, financial forecast and growth strategy
• Collaborate with industry leaders and service practices to design repeatable solutions addressing DACH telecommunications needs
• Focus on offerings such as BSS/OSS modernization, AI-enabled process automation, digital sales and self-service, cloud-native network operations, and optimized fiber and provisioning workflows
• Communicate market intelligence and client insights back to EPAM’s leadership to inform go-to-market strategy
• Support integration with other telco sales efforts to develop the DACH telecommunications practice further
