We are looking for an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant with strong functional and configuration expertise in SAP Real Estate Management. You will support the project in designing, configuring, and optimizing real estate processes, with a particular focus on German VAT-related requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP RE-FX solutions in line with business requirements
- Configure and optimize Input Tax Distribution (§ 15 (4) UStG) in SAP RE-FX
- Configure and support Input Tax Correction (§ 15a UStG), including the related processes and periodic runs
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Support testing activities, including test case preparation, execution, and defect resolution
- Advise stakeholders on best practices and compliance-relevant aspects of RE-FX processes
- Prepare documentation, including functional specifications and configuration guides
- Support workshops with business and process experts, onsite where required
- Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements and interface requirements
