Video Team Lead (Creative Lead)

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse and skilled video team of 6 people, ensuring every team member’s strengths are aligned with project needs and personal growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1s, check-ins, and performance evaluations, providing mentorship, support, and actionable feedback.
• Facilitate ongoing skill-building initiatives, organize training sessions, proactively facilitate growth and professional development for the video team.
• Maintain high standards of visual storytelling and execution, aligned with Hostinger’s brand, tone, quality, and business goals.
• Manage and address stakeholder feedback, aligning on expectations.
• Own the delivery of YouTube advertising assets, which form 90% of the team’s output.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze performance, apply insights, and optimize content for impact (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.). Ensure that each video ad is crafted not just to look good—but to convert, perform, and drive measurable business results.
• Monitor project timelines, workloads, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of video resources and time in constant collaboration with campaign managers.
