Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze sales data
- Compare planned and actual sales results, identify deviations, analyze their causes, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Define and monitor sales department KPIs and evaluate performance
- Prepare, present, and analyze monthly Productivity KPI report
- Evaluate the efficiency of sales routes, review them when necessary, and provide recommendations for optimization
- Conduct monthly analyses of the sales department’s accounts receivable and identify discrepancies
- Investigate and analyze the reasons for product returns
- Develop action plans to reduce the risks associated with selling products approaching their expiration dates and potential product returns
- Calculate sales department employees’ bonuses in accordance with established criteria
- Develop recommendations to improve sales efficiency based on analytical findings
