Lead .NET AI Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and define solution architecture
• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions using .NET technologies
• Lead the implementation of business-critical features powered by AI
• Contribute to all phases of the AI Software Development Life Cycle, including solution design, prompt engineering, model integration, evaluation, monitoring, deployment, and continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services
• Ensure high code quality, scalability, and security in all deliverables
• Mentor and guide team members on best practices and technical challenges
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Stay updated on the latest trends in .NET and AI technologies
