We are looking for a Product and Project Development Manager to lead the end-to-end management of product development initiatives based on Totogaming’s business requirements and strategic objectives, from ideation to delivery, launch and continuous optimization. The Product and Project Development Manager will act as Totogaming’s primary representative in collaboration with Digitain, the external platform provider, ensuring that all developed solutions align with business objectives, user expectations and market demands.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for product development and improvement
- Propose new functionalities and product enhancements
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap
- Define feature priorities based on business value and strategic objectives
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Support business decision-making through data analysis and insights
