Responsibilities
- Coordinate keynote and breakout planning and execution across key internal stakeholders, Samsara’s main production vendor and venue partners.
- Support content production by building timelines, scheduling rehearsals, sourcing vehicles and equipment, and managing exec schedules and internal/external speakers.
- Review venue contracts to ensure production needs are being met.
- Assist in managing expo production needs including coordinating details between internal stakeholders, vendors, and the venue.
- Oversee multiple events and programs with overlapping schedules.
- Bring energy, creativity, and new ideas to build a successful event experience.
