Currently we are looking for a Senior End-User Support Engineer to make our EPAM Warsaw Team even stronger. To succeed in this role, you should be highly creative, with developed communication and people management skills.
Responsibilities
- Support end users at the location through both on-site and remote assistance
- Install and configure computer hardware, systems, printers, and scanners
- Communicate with service providers and network engineers to resolve technical issues
- Maintain meeting rooms to ensure equipment remains functional and ready for use
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely response to submitted tickets
- Handle software installation and troubleshoot related technical problems
- Manage incident tickets from creation through resolution
- Maintain the server room to ensure equipment operates reliably
- Take responsibility for organizing and managing IT equipment cabling
- Follow all IT-related Work Instructions as part of daily tasks
