We're hiring for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us keep hiring at Coder organized and welcoming. You'll keep scheduling running smoothly, generally support our Recruiting Team, and make sure candidates have a great experience throughout the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved
- Thoroughly document interview processes, interviewer roles, and other relevant details to help better prepare candidates and interviewers
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline coordination and improve the candidate and hiring team experience
- Generally support day-to-day recruiting operations
