HR generalist

Responsibilities

• Creates a job description, posts a vacancy announcement
• Responsible for the implementation of the process of filling the vacant positions assigned to him
• Conducts staff development needs assessment, makes recommendations
• Draws up legal acts regulating labor relations with employees in accordance with RA Legislation
• Monitors employees' attendance, vacations, overtime, prepares a working time report (tabel)
• Regularly updates employee data in relevant software and databases
• Performs analysis
• Performs the adaptation and familiarization of newly hired employees to the organization
• Participates in the preparation of events and meetings for the staff
