Lead Product Manager, Customer Portal

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Customer Portal area, tied explicitly to Veriff's commercial model and revenue drivers.
• Run disciplined, continuous discovery with customers, and translate it into well-defined problem statements and a sequenced roadmap.
• Make transparent prioritisation and trade-off calls across product ambition, technical sustainability and business urgency — especially where capability gaps mean we cannot do everything at once.
• Define success metrics before building, and hold the team accountable to outcomes, not output.
• Partner as a credible peer to Engineering, GTM, Fraud Ops and
• Design. Be the connective tissue that turns internal expertise into a customer-facing product.
• Own launch as a discipline from the start — internal platform releases and external GTM — not a milestone at the end.
• Set and uphold the product-craft bar. Mentor PMs and, in time, build and lead the team.
• Champion AI internally, implementing new best practices for faster product discovery and delivery.
