You’ll own the strategy and execution of PandaDoc’s core document experiences, shaping how structured content, collaboration, and intelligent assistance come together into cohesive workflows. Your work will help customers move faster from ideas to finalized agreements by making document creation more intuitive, adaptive, and connected.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring and collaboration experiences.
- Shape cohesive end-to-end document workflows, ensuring users can move naturally from drafting to completion.
- Integrate AI capabilities directly into document experiences — including authoring, refinement, structure, and automation — with a focus on real user outcomes.
- Define product direction for modern document systems, blending structured content, intelligent assistance, and collaborative workflows.
- Partner closely with design, engineering, AI platform, and core platform teams on APIs, integrations, and data models that enable scalable experiences.
- Collaborate with other senior PMs to ensure consistent, connected journeys across PandaDoc.
- Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and product telemetry.
- Shape the long-term direction of PandaDoc’s Document Domain, ensuring flexibility, coherence, and readiness for evolving AI-powered capabilities.
