Responsibilities

• Integration Architecture &
• Lead deep-dive technical discovery into Remote’s APIs and partner APIs. Understand data mapping, data flows, authentication flows, API keys, edge cases, and compliance requirements across 100+ countries.
• Customer-Led Prioritization: Prioritize integration and app work based on customer needs, product impact, technical feasibility, operational complexity, and repeatability.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, design, operations, GTM, sales, CX, and partners.
• Translate customer and partner requirements into clear technical specs, manage dependencies, and unblock delivery.
• Quality & Reliability: Sweat the details of data accuracy, sync reliability, error handling, observability, and supportability so integrations work well in real customer workflows.
• Measure Integration Impact: Establish and track KPIs for technical performance, customer outcomes, and business impact, including adoption, reliability, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Repeatable Patterns: Codify repeatable patterns, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks that help customers adopt integrations and apps faster.
• Drive Product Feedback: Turn integration learnings into clear, actionable feedback for Remote teams — what to add, fix, and improve across APIs, CLIs, and the product overall.
