Business Loan officer_Noragavit Branch

Responsibilities

• Identify the needs of business clients related to loan products, provide enhanced consultation to clients
• Initiate the business loan application process, thoroughly review the documents and/or information submitted by the client based on the application, assess the borrowing capacity and creditworthiness of legal entity/private entrepreneur clients
• Based on the submitted data and documents, provide properly analyzed information about the client and issue the business analysis conclusion
• Organize initial appraisal of the property pledged as collateral, as well as property and business monitoring visits
• Prepare, analyze and submit professional conclusions on provision of business loans to clients
• Submit the business loan application to stakeholders for consideration and opinion
• Organize and coordinate disbursement of approved loans
