Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs Write technical and user documentation Cooperate with the team, track its performance and needs
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on technical topics, provide required metrics to management Participate in the setup, improvement and implementation of development processes Provide design and architectural decisions
