Responsibilities
- Solution Demonstrations & Technical Presales
- Conduct Needs Analysis
- Partner with prospects to uncover operational pain points and map out critical customer requirements
- Deliver Compelling Demos: Configure and deliver highly relevant, high-impact product demonstrations of Vault LIMS and the broader Vault Quality Cloud Suite
- Build Proof of Concepts
- Lead collaborative workshops, Conference Room Pilots (sandbox exercises), and structured Proof of Concepts (POCs) to vividly illustrate how Veeva transforms a customer's business processes
- Act as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as the definitive functional and technical expert for the customer throughout the entire sales lifecycle
- Support & Value Engineering
- Craft High-Value RFP Responses
- Support strategic, solution-oriented, and value-driven responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring responses are aligned with customer objectives and deal strategy
