Marketing Operations and CRM Expert (Hubspot)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to transformational initiatives leveraging AI - including AI-powered workflows, AI agents, and emerging AI capabilities to automate processes, improve efficiency, and unlock new value for the marketing team
• Support and continuously improve the HubSpot–Salesforce sync, ensuring data integrity, reliable lead flow, and alignment between platforms
• Build and refine predictive lead scoring models to enable smarter prioritization and higher conversion
• Create, manage, and document system processes, and train all users on best practices
• Maintain and refine core items such as CRM records, properties, lists, workflows, user management, and GDPR compliance
• Implement lead scoring practices, lead sources, chatbots, and marketing automation tactics to drive higher conversion
• Manage data imports according to campaign requirements, ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and proper segmentation
• Partner with internal teams to identify pain points, prioritize enhancements, and communicate improvements for core marketing systems
• Drive cross-platform integrations (Salesforce included) and collaborate with other system administrators and internal data teams
