Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, desktops, laptops, printers, and office IT equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Configure and maintain routers, managed switches, firewalls, VLANs, and VPN connections.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user accounts, permissions, and device enrollment.
- Manage centrally controlled antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV/IP cameras, NVR systems, and IP phones.
