Responsibilities

• Inspecting, assessing and returning gold items pledged as collateral in the proper manner, in accordance with the requirements of the Bank's internal legal acts
• Providing information on the assessment results to the loan specialist
• Handing over bags containing pledged gold items to the cash desk and receiving them back from the cash desk, in accordance with the requirements of the Bank's internal legal acts
• Attracting the Bank's potential clients by telephone and clarifying with gold loan borrowers the information on loan repayment deadlines
• Providing information on material changes in the gold and precious jewelry market to the direct manager
• You have secondary, secondary specialized or higher education (higher education or secondary specialized education in goldsmithing is preferred)
• You have at least 6 months of work experience as a goldsmith within the last 5 years (experience in the financial and banking sector is preferred)
• You have knowledge of gold prices, precious stones and jewelry valuation methods and authenticity criteria
• You have integrity and impartiality
• You are meticulous
