We’re looking for a data-driven and solution-oriented specialist to help us build more efficient, accurate, and scalable catalog operations. This role combines data analysis, process optimization, AI tools, cross-functional collaboration, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze catalog and operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support campaigns and business decisions through data analysis
- Translate data into clear and actionable insights
- Monitor catalog quality and identify operational gaps
- Support teams with relevant reporting, tools, and data
- Support campaigns and events with the required visuals, catalog materials, and operational setup
- Collaborate with Tech teams on the implementation of new solutions
- Support operational teams with practical tools, data, and process improvements
- Identify opportunities to reduce repetitive and manual catalog work
- Develop and maintain automation solutions for catalog operations
