We're looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will manage end-to-end delivery across multiple initiatives for clients in the Romandie region, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with scope, quality, budget and timelines
- Implement delivery governance, pacing and reporting for transparency and continuous improvement
- Apply data-driven management using key performance indicators, dashboards and operational metrics
- Lead AI adoption and enablement to enhance productivity in delivery processes
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with client stakeholders as the main point of contact
- Manage risks, changes and escalations to ensure predictable delivery
- Manage financial aspects of delivery, including forecasting, margin control and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), maintaining scope control and contractual adherence
- Drive effective staffing, onboarding, coaching and performance management within delivery teams
- Collaborate with account management and technical leadership to support growth opportunities and transformation initiatives
