Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term working relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and partner teams.
- Develop, present, and defend comprehensive technical solutions and deployment plans to executive and technical customer audiences.
- Lead regular syncs, governance calls, and status updates with global internal teams, customers, and third-party partners.
- Own delivery of complex on-site or remote data center installations, escalate issues appropriately, and drive resolution with cross-functional partners.
- Manage project change requests, release communications, and customer notifications in a clear and timely manner.
- Create clear, concise technical and operational runbooks, procedures, and post-implementation documentation.
