Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive B2 product strategy and roadmap development through to delivery execution.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery through delivery in feature development.
• Gather and synthesize inputs for discovery and prioritization from internal functions, customers, and partners across the full spectrum of R&D development of feature capabilities, user experience challenges, cost optimization, and technical debt.
• Translate complex customer challenges into clear, concise and actionable product requirements in collaboration with
• Design, Engineering and GTM teams.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch and drive adoption of new products and features.
• Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for Backblazes solutions solutions, presenting to customers, prospects, partners, and to internal teams.
• Establish and track key product metrics (KPIs), using data to guide iteration and growth decisions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the latest advancements in the object storage market across its application in customer use cases and competitive offerings to identify new opportunities and ensure Backblaze’s market leadership position.
