Responsibilities
- Project Foundation: Capture business context, including problem definitions, current and future states, objectives, and business cases
- Requirements & Traceability
- Develop detailed business, user, process, and system requirements (functional and non-functional) mapped to the business vision
- Process Mapping
- Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to diagram and elaborate on current and future state application workflows
- Lifecycle Management
- Lead full development lifecycle activities, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Issue Resolution
- Research and resolve high-priority and advanced application issues
- System Expertise: Provide technical and functional expertise across financial systems
