Delivery Manager, AI

Responsibilities

• Assume end-to-end ownership of AI and GenAI delivery — agentic systems, LLM-based products, and ML and data platforms — including scope, schedule, quality, and risk
• Own the commercial health of the engagement: revenue forecast, margin, resource planning, and change control
• Act as the client's senior delivery counterpart, from product ownership through to CIO and CTO level, and set realistic expectations of the technology at an early stage
• Define delivery governance appropriate to non-deterministic systems: evaluation and quality gates, guardrails, inference cost control, model and vendor risk, and data handling
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles and the EU AI Act in cooperation with Legal and Information Security
• Establish AI-assisted engineering practice within delivery teams and evidence its impact on productivity and quality against a measured baseline
• Shape and staff cross-country delivery teams, with accountability for staffing quality, ramp-up, and retention
• Contribute to presales activity: delivery approach, estimation, and risk assessment for AI opportunities
• Develop Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leads towards AI delivery leadership
