Director, Boards and Systems Supply Planning

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire supply planning process for Boards and Systems, converting business priorities and demand signals into actionable supply plans that support revenue and customer commitments.
• Build and continuously improve a coordinated planning framework spanning chips, networking, memory, capacity, and boards and systems manufacturing to support scale and execution.
• Drive planning accuracy by establishing a disciplined operating cadence with cross-functional owners for critical inputs, including BOM structures, factory yields, cycle times, and capacity assumptions.
• Improve supply responsiveness and time-to-market by simplifying planning processes, resolving supply constraints, and deploying advanced planning methodologies, including AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead and develop a global planning team, setting clear priorities, strengthening planning rigor, and building capabilities through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and talent development.
• What we need to see
• Over 15 years of advancing experience in supply planning, manufacturing planning, or supply chain, with strong expertise in boards and systems.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence, with the ability to translate complex supply issues into clear decisions and actions.
• 8 plus years in management with proven people leadership experience building and developing high-performing, multi-site global teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, material planning, and MRP.
