Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and integrations; ensure platform health and performance optimization
• Collaborate with content, web & digital, field marketing, Integrated campaigns, events, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and execute campaign plans.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine lead scoring models and routing logic; driving MQL volume, conversion rate, and velocity to allow BDR to follow up on MQL fast.
• Build and maintain marketing databases, segmentation strategies, progressive profiling, and audience targeting to maximize marketing efficiency
• Support critical MarTech tool integrations, including connecting Marketo with CRM, CMS, Webinar tools and other third-party platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing Management teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations
• Maintain documentation for all Marketo configurations, processes, and integrations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, resolve technical issues, and provide timely support to marketing teams.
