Team Telecom Armenia is looking for a Telesales Specialist who will present the Company's services and tariffs to our customers via phone calls. Position Title : Structural unit: Commercial directorate
Responsibilities
- Contact customers by phone calls.
- Provide clear and full information on territorial access and tariff packages.
- Offer appropriate tariff packages to customers according to the established procedure.
- Carry out sales according to the approved plan.
- Ensure confidentiality of subscriber data.
