Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Patient CRM Roadmap
- Own the strategy and delivery of the features specific to patient recruitment, enrollment, and long-term engagement processes.
- Collaborate Across Product Teams
- Partner with the wider Vault CRM PM organization to incorporate patient-specific requirements into the core platform. You will ensure that core capabilities are optimized for the high-touch, high-security nature of patient services.
