Solution Architect - SAP MDM IS Retail

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into advanced capabilities using best-in-class standard packages
• Identify needed localization or enhancements and support them with clear business cases
• Create functional requirements that direct application design and development
• Propose solutions, configure the system, and author detailed WRICEF functional specifications
• Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure technical solutions align with functional requirements and quality standards
• Perform unit and functional testing and support integration and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Deliver best-in-class, scalable, sustainable, and integrated business solutions across multiple formats, channels, countries, and business models
• Support change management efforts by providing training content and enabling organizational transformation
• Provide 3rd level functional support, application administration, and troubleshooting across all European operating companies in scope
• Collaborate with peers across applications/modules to ensure seamless integration
