Keeper is hiring a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our People Team! This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.
Responsibilities
- Human Resources
- Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate and support people processes and initiatives with a focus on continual improvement and a positive employee experience
- Own and manage the full-cycle new hire onboarding process including
- preparing candidate offer letters
- coordinating candidate vetting and pre-employment screening
- updating the new hire and stock option trackers
- adding employees to ADP
- organizing and conducting new hire orientation (US, Japan, Canada, Australia and/or any additional EOR countries added)
- refreshing HR and IT onboarding materials for all locales
- administering onboarding surveys, supporting 30/60/90-day check-ins (including a documented 90-day written review)
