We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Developer with a focus on AI technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Langchain, Python, and other relevant technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development team in implementation of agentic platform and AI-driven solutions
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals
- Ensure the integration of AI solutions with existing systems and platforms
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other developers in the team
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the platform
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies and incorporate them into the development process
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to present solutions and gather feedback
