Plat.AI Armenia is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business strategy. This is a highly impactful role at an early-stage consumer lending marketplace where data drives everything, from lender matching and funnel performance to partner optimization and growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze large datasets to identify marketplace performance trends, yield, opportunities, and risks
- Build analytical frameworks around key metrics such as lead quality, approval rates, lender conversion, and revenue performance
- Perform root cause analysis on performance changes across traffic sources, lenders, or borrower segments
- Translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations for leadership
- Data Infrastructure & Engineering
- Build and maintain data pipelines and structured datasets used across the business
- Work with engineering/data science teams to ensure clean data ingestion and event tracking
- Design scalable data models and tables to support reporting and analytics
- Maintain and optimize internal data warehouses and analytics environments
