We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Middle End-User Support Engineer to join our End-User Support Service in Ukraine and support our office in Vinnytsia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues, and helping maintain the stability of the office IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT-related issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose operating system, hardware, software, and network connectivity problems
- Support and maintain the office IT infrastructure in collaboration with the team
- Work with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Assist with IT asset management, including tracking assets and maintaining accurate records
- Manage multiple support requests efficiently and ensure timely follow-up until resolution
- Communicate technical information clearly and provide a positive support experience for end users
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and contribute to the development of the End-User
