We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager who will drive the successful completion of assigned project goals through effective stakeholder management and coordination. This individual will also serve as a key facilitator in guiding clients through change management processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project team in defining scope and strategies to meet project goals
- Oversee project targets, budgets, and staffing needs
- Apply finance and banking expertise to support solution analysis and design
- Provide support to the team and eliminate obstacles hindering progress
- Keep stakeholders updated on project milestones and potential delays
- Drive and oversee change management initiatives within project teams
- Develop innovative solutions to tackle complex project issues
- Mediate and resolve disputes between team members and stakeholders
