Language Center Director (LCD) | Berlitz Yerevan

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate the work of the sales, administration, and academic teams.
• Set priorities, assign responsibilities, and follow up to ensure agreed tasks are completed.
• Conduct sales consultations, explain program and payment options, follow up with prospects, and close enrollments.
• Review the sales pipeline and ensure coverage for consultations, follow-ups, and new-student orientations.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues that require a decision from the General Manager.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding with the relevant team leads.
• Report to the General Manager on center performance, sales activity, and operational issues.
